My vacation trip to Briançon, France, was an absolute 10/10 experience! One of the highlights was indulging in the local cuisine snack Sirta or (Cirta), particularly kebab beef burger. The burger was perfectly grilled, boasting juicy beef with a delightful blend of spices that tantalized my taste buds. Paired with crispy French fries, it was a match made in culinary heaven.
The restaurant’s location was ideal, nestled in the charming streets of Briançon,The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Special mention goes to Manager NADIR Khan , who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, enhancing our dining experience.
Overall, my trip to Briançon was a delightful journey filled with delicious food, beautiful scenery, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return and relive those wonderful moments, especially enjoying that amazing kebab beef burger again!- Parking

Kebab parfait rien à redire ! Les gens qui mettent en dessous de 4 étoiles sont très sûrement frustrés de la vie et aussi un peu aigri… Encore une très bon impeccable on mange bien !

Super snack où on aime y manger avec les enfants…. Nous sommes des habitués. Le personnel et au top surtout la dame qui sert les plateaux souriante et accueillante. Je recommande ++, on y mange très bien et le snack et très propre.

Ça fait longtemps que je connais le chef et j'ai toujours aimé manger dans son snack. Excellent rapport qualité-prix et excellent relationnel avec la clientèle. On est à l'aise et l'ambiance est cool. Je recommande cet endroit si vous souhaitez manger rapidement pour pas trop cher.
